This information has been furnished with the understanding that it is to be used to determine the amount and conditions of the credit to be extended. Furthermore, I hereby authorize the financial institutions listed in this credit application to release necessary information to the company for which credit is being applied for in order to verify the information contained herein.

Declaration *

We hereby agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Make FULL payment for ALL invoices within 30 days IF credit is granted after RAAH credit process.
2. Credit terms start from date of material readiness
3. Client must pick up the material within 3 days of material readiness
4. If the material is not picked up after 3 days storage charges will be charged at $5 per sq feet per day.
5. Delay in payment of invoices beyond 30 days will carry an interest of 2% of invoice value per week delayed.
6. If credit terms are violated, credit facilities will be suspended immediately.
